These features are powerful, but depend more on device, sensors, radio environment and data quality than classic map objects.

Grupos BLE

Nearby participants can become visible locally. Status, freshness and range depend on device, Android version and environment.

Remote ID

The app can show publicly broadcast Remote ID information and export it as KML, GeoJSON or CSV. ArxSilex MapTools does not control drones.

AR / LiveView

AR can show bearings, targets, POI, peaks, track and search grid references in the camera view when device and sensors are suitable.

Search Grid & Coverage

Areas can be split into cells. Movement tracks can mark visited sections for systematic searching.

Visibilidade

From an observation point, the app can derive visible areas from terrain data. Useful, but dependent on data quality.

Documentação

Tracks, Remote ID histories, geodata and project states can be exported or used for reports depending on feature.

Recommended Test Flow

This is a realistic way to test the features.

  1. Check permissionsEnable location, camera, Bluetooth/Nearby, network and notifications as required by the feature.
  2. Prepare dataLoad suitable terrain and map data for viewrange, hillshade, contours or AR elevation context.
  3. Test in contextTest Remote ID and BLE outdoors or in realistic proximity; test AR with stable sensor conditions.
  4. Document resultsExport tracks, Remote ID histories or project states when later traceability matters.
