No app account

Account and data deletion

ArxSilex MapTools currently does not offer registration or its own user account. There is therefore no server-side app account on ArxSilex servers that would need to be deleted.

Public deletion page

This page is the public data deletion resource for Google Play and guidance for GDPR deletion requests. It explains which data is local and which requests can be sent to ArxSilex.

Delete in the app

Projects, map objects, routes, tracks, POI, imported offline maps, layers, terrain, user profiles, group profiles and optional Remote ID history can be removed or cleared in the relevant app areas.

Delete through Android

Open Android Settings > Apps > ArxSilex MapTools > Storage and clear app data or cache. This removes local app data; Android Auto Backup is disabled for the app.

Uninstall

When the app is removed, Android usually deletes app-owned storage. Manually exported files, backups or files stored in cloud and file apps remain at their chosen location.
