Ưu tiên cục bộ
Dự án, track, marker, bản đồ ngoại tuyến, POI, dữ liệu độ cao, bản sao lưu và dữ liệu radio nhận được thường ở lại trên thiết bị. Android Auto Backup bị tắt cho ứng dụng. Dữ liệu chỉ rời thiết bị khi bạn chủ động dùng bản đồ online, xuất, chia sẻ, chức năng nhóm QR/BLE, xuất Remote ID hoặc dịch vụ bên ngoài khác.
Remote ID và BLE
Dữ liệu Remote ID và không phận có thể chứa dữ liệu cá nhân. Drone nhận được được hiển thị trực tiếp. Lịch sử vĩnh viễn không bật theo mặc định. Mục live bị mất được xóa sau thời gian ngắn, hiện thường khoảng 90 giây. Lịch sử Remote ID tùy chọn là cục bộ, giới hạn 5.000 mục và tùy cài đặt chỉ giữ trong phiên hoặc tối đa 24 giờ. Có thể xóa trong ứng dụng. Nhóm BLE chỉ gửi dữ liệu cần thiết cho nhóm đang hoạt động, như vị trí, độ chính xác, mã nhóm và token phiên, tới thiết bị gần trong cùng nhóm.
Loại dữ liệu và bên nhận
Ứng dụng có thể xử lý dữ liệu vị trí, cảm biến và chuyển động, bản đồ và dự án, tệp nhập, camera/mã vạch, Bluetooth/Nearby/Wi-Fi, Remote ID và không phận, bản đồ online/mạng, bản sao lưu, xuất, email hỗ trợ và log website. ArxSilex MapTools không vận hành máy chủ ứng dụng riêng cho dữ liệu dự án, vị trí, Remote ID hoặc tracking.
Bảo mật và lưu giữ
Tác vụ vị trí, nhóm, Remote ID và dữ liệu đang chạy hoạt động như Android foreground services có thông báo. Ứng dụng dùng cấu hình bảo mật mạng với cleartext traffic bị tắt. Bản sao lưu thủ công có thể được bảo vệ bằng mật khẩu với AES-256-GCM và PBKDF2WithHmacSHA256. Địa chỉ BLE MAC nhận qua Remote ID không được ghi rõ, mà xử lý dưới dạng SHA-256 hash rút gọn. Không có SDK quảng cáo, không tự profiling và không bán dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc nhạy cảm.
Bối cảnh pháp lý và quyền
Tùy chức năng, xử lý dựa đặc biệt trên GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (f) hoặc khi cần (c). Theo EU Regulation 2019/945, Direct Remote ID có thể gồm vị trí, độ cao, hướng, tốc độ, timestamp, định danh operator/serial và đôi khi vị trí pilot hoặc take-off. Có thể thực hiện quyền qua android@arxsilex.de.
Quyền xóa dữ liệu và quyền với bên thứ ba

Local Use First
The current app does not run its own user account system, tracking service, advertising or analytics platform.
Local App Data
Project files, GPS tracks, routes, markers, circles, areas, search grids, offline maps, POI, raster overlays, terrain and app backups are stored locally.
User Action
Export, sharing, QR codes, file imports, backup/restore and BLE group features are deliberate user actions and may pass data to other apps, devices or people.
Online Services
When using online maps or Google maps, IP address, device and map viewport data may be transmitted to the respective provider.

Remote ID
Remote ID và dữ liệu vùng trời

Legal context
Under EU Regulation 2019/945, Direct Remote ID can include position, height, course, speed, timestamp, operator/serial identifiers and, in some cases, pilot or take-off position. Under GDPR Article 4, location data and identifiers can be personal data when a person is directly or indirectly identifiable.
