# ArxSilex MapTools Converter – licensing notice

The original source code of **ArxSilex MapTools Converter** in this repository is licensed under the
GNU General Public License, version 3 only (`GPL-3.0-only`). The complete licence text is provided in
[`LICENSE`](LICENSE).

This licence applies only to the standalone MapTools Converter. It does **not** apply to the separate
ArxSilex MapTools Android application, even where the products share a name, visual identity, website
link or compatible file formats.

Bundled third-party libraries, build tools and runtime components remain under their respective
licences. Their origins and licence information are documented in
[`documentation/dependencies.md`](documentation/dependencies.md), in the generated CycloneDX SBOMs,
and in licence metadata embedded in the distributed components. OpenStreetMap data is not part of the
program licence; applicable OpenStreetMap attribution and ODbL terms remain separate.
